SongMirror is a private, non-commercial music synchronization utility operated for personal use. It connects the owner's Spotify and YouTube Music accounts only to perform synchronization actions requested by the owner.
Depending on enabled synchronization features, SongMirror may access the owner's YouTube account identifier and channel information, playlists and playlist items, video identifiers, and liked-video state. OAuth access and refresh tokens are used to authenticate requests.
Google user data is used solely to read the owner's music-library state, match tracks, prepare synchronization previews, and perform synchronization actions that the owner has explicitly enabled. SongMirror does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
OAuth tokens and synchronization metadata are stored on the owner's private server and are not intentionally exposed to the public website. Access to the operational SongMirror service is separate from this informational website. Reasonable technical safeguards are used to restrict access to authentication credentials and stored synchronization data.
SongMirror does not sell Google user data. It does not share Google user data with third parties except when technically necessary to communicate with Google/YouTube or Spotify APIs for the synchronization functionality requested by the owner, or when required by law.
Authentication credentials and synchronization metadata are retained only while needed to operate the owner's synchronization setup. The owner can revoke Google access from their Google Account permissions and can delete locally stored SongMirror credentials and synchronization data from the private server.
SongMirror's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
